Our cozy 2BD/2BA house has charm, plenty of natural light, fast WiFi, and a carport! The house is a 5-8 min walk downhill (which means the return walk is uphill!) or 2-minute drive to the riverfront, with amazing shops & restaurants, as well as Coolidge Park and Walnut Street Bridge (a beautiful, historic pedestrian bridge that crosses the river). Also within walking distance is a stop for the free electric shuttle. Less than a block away from the house is a playground (updated and new as of Oct 2022), pickle ball court, and ball field.
we have 1 queen bed with a nice memory foam mattress, a twin-over-full bunk, a couch, and a twin rollaway bed, which can be set up in the living room or the bunk room We’ve been told that all of the beds are comfy! Mattresses are fully encased with zippered protectors. The two full bathrooms are attached to each of the two bedrooms. The room with the bunk bed has a shower/tub combo, while the room with the queen bed has a shower.
the kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware and utensils you might need during your stay We also have a Keurig, and we supply coffee pods for your use. there is a small dining table and chairs in the kitchen as well!
the living space is conveniently all one level There are 3 stairs leading up from the carport to the front entrance, but the entrance can also be accessed without using any stairs by entering through the gate at the street.
the house has a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use! we do not supply laundry detergent, but if a guest leaves some behind, we will leave it for the next guest to use
